Teams from two group companies meeting together in a boardroom

The companies in our group: a legal team and an accounting firm working with us on the same matters

One business problem usually crosses several professions: registration, accounting, tax, contracts and litigation. We work with companies in our group that hold those specialisms, and state from the start who is responsible for what — so you do not retell the same story repeatedly and one set of documents carries through.

Zura Labs & Business Hub Co., Ltd.

Short answer

Why a group of companies, and which work goes to whom?

Some work may only be done by a specific licensed profession: appearing in court requires a licensed lawyer, and an opinion on financial statements requires a licensed auditor. So we do not claim one team does everything. We work with group companies that actually hold those licences, while our own team owns registration, registered addresses, small-company monthly accounting, websites and visibility on Google and AI assistants.

  • Litigation and high-risk contracts sit with the affiliated law office
  • Audits and back-year work sit with the affiliated accounting firm
  • Registration, addresses, websites and online visibility stay with our team
  • Responsibility is stated up front and each side's fee is separate

Thai Law (affiliated law office)

When a matter needs a licensed lawyer, we bring in the law office in our group. Its lawyers are licensed by the Lawyers Council of Thailand and appear in civil, criminal, labour, family, inheritance, administrative and bankruptcy cases, alongside preventive work: bilingual contract drafting and review, legal due diligence before an investment, and the paperwork foreign shareholders need.

  • You received a court summons, demand letter or contract termination notice
  • A customer or partner is not paying and the claim has to be enforced
  • You are about to sign a high-value, bilingual or cross-border contract
  • There is an employment dispute or a labour inspector complaint

Thai Law & Accounting (affiliated accounting firm)

thailaw-accounting.co.th

For accounting work that needs a licensed auditor's opinion, or that is more complex than an ordinary monthly cycle, we work with the accounting firm in our group. Its team includes CPA auditors and licensed TA bookkeepers, files through the Revenue Department's e-Filing system, supports e-Tax Invoice, and takes work in every province through an online document flow.

  • The annual close is due and a licensed auditor's opinion is required
  • Back-year statements are unclosed or not yet submitted to the DBD
  • You are switching accountants and need documents and back years handed over
  • Revenue is near or above THB 1.8 million a year and VAT registration is due

What Zura Labs does itself

  • Company and business registration, and the filings that follow
  • A registered address in Bangkok and Khon Kaen with mail handling
  • Monthly accounting and tax for small companies
  • Websites, SEO and visibility in AI assistants

How we disclose the relationship

These are companies in the same group as ours, not anonymous partners and not paid placements. We say so on every page that mentions them, we do not present their credentials as our own, and we tell you which company signs off on your work before it starts. Court appearances require a licensed lawyer; an opinion on financial statements requires a licensed auditor. Where a licence is required, the licence holder does the work.
