Short answer
Yes — provided the address owner gives written consent and supporting property documents. We rent addresses at two real offices (Bangkok and Khon Kaen) and supply the consent letter, map and building photos needed for incorporation and VAT registration. The same team can continue with accounting, tax and your website.

We propose alternates, check for conflicts and restricted words, then reserve the name with the Department of Business Development.
Memorandum of association, objectives, shareholder list, articles, and the consent-to-use-premises letter from our virtual office.
We arrange signing, file the registration and follow up until the certificate and company documents are issued.
Tax registration, VAT and social security where applicable, corporate bank account, and a monthly accounting routine.
We draft everything else and walk you through each signature.
Government fees, processing times and document requirements follow the rules of the Department of Business Development and the Revenue Department, and can change. We confirm the current requirements for your case before filing, and licensed activities are handled by the relevant licensed professionals.
Each area page covers the businesses actually there. Your district not listed yet? We still serve clients nationwide — document work is handled online.
Yes, when the premises are genuinely occupied and the supporting evidence is complete. The Revenue Department typically asks for the consent-to-use-premises letter, proof of the property, a map and photos of the building showing your company signage. We assemble that pack and put your signage up for real. An officer may inspect the premises, which is normal and which we coordinate. We never promise an approval date, as that is the agency's discretion.
A home or condominium can often be used, but you need the owner's consent and many condominium regulations forbid business use. Some co-working spaces sell only a seat and issue no registration documents. Ours is built for registration: full document pack, signage, someone to receive mail, and someone present when an officer inspects.
The officer checks that there is company signage, real premises and a contactable person. We keep staff on site during office hours, your signage displayed, and the document pack ready. When an inspection is scheduled we notify you, and we may ask a director or an authorised person to attend, because questions about how the business actually operates must be answered by the company itself.
Yes. The address on a tax invoice must match the registered place of business, so once your company is registered at our office that is the address to use on tax documents. If you also run a shop or warehouse, that location must be registered as a branch — we can file that for you.
Yes, and it is routine. The bank reviews the company certificate and full document set, directors' IDs, a company seal if you use one, and usually asks about the nature of the business and source of income. Some banks ask for extra evidence of activity, such as customer contracts or a website. We provide a preparation checklist and assemble the pack, but approval is the bank's decision.
When mail or a parcel arrives we log it and notify you through the agreed channel, scan the envelope or the document as specified in the contract, and forward to an address you nominate on a set cycle. Courier costs are charged at the carrier's actual rate. Official letters with deadlines are flagged first so you have time to act.
Yes — the law does not prohibit multiple companies at one building. What matters is a clearly identified unit or area, separate signage per company, and mail handling that never mixes. We keep a per-company mail register and do not take on more companies than we can genuinely service.
A change of registered office is filed with the Department of Business Development, then notified to the Revenue Department, Social Security, your bank and your counterparties. We prepare and file the amendment and give you the full notification list. If you move to your own address, we hand over any held mail and close the contract on the agreed cycle.
Businesses whose licence requires real operating premises: restaurants, clinics, schools, factories, warehouses, entertainment venues, and any activity the licensing authority must inspect on site. Those can still register the company at our address, but they need genuine operating premises as the licence requires. If your business falls in this group we say so from the start.
We contract per term, with the plan, allowances and notice conditions in writing. Before the term ends we remind you so you can decide whether to renew. If you do not renew, the registered office must be changed before the contract ends, so your company's registered address is never left at premises you no longer use.
Usually not: signing and document exchange can be done remotely. Some steps do need you present — certain documents signed in person, a bank that requires directors to attend, and documents released only on identity verification. We tell you in advance which steps require attendance so you can plan travel.
It helps in that customers and partners see a verifiable address on the company certificate, real signage, and someone answering calls and receiving documents — unlike a home address, which some corporate buyers will not accept. We do not claim the address increases sales. In practice, credibility comes from complete documents, correct tax filings and fast responses.
Yes. We only register addresses we occupy ourselves, we put up your company signage, and we issue the consent-to-use-premises letter and supporting documents the registrar asks for.
It depends on document readiness and the registrar's queue: name reservation, document preparation, then filing. We confirm your own schedule in writing before starting, and always verify current procedure with the Department of Business Development.
Choose based on where your customers and partners are, and which area revenue office is convenient. If you are unsure, tell us about the business and we will advise.
We quote per case: it depends on the plan, the contract term and add-ons such as accounting or VAT. Government fees follow the agency's own rates and are itemised separately in the quotation.
Yes. We can work bilingually. Foreign shareholding limits, restricted business activities, and visa or work-permit matters are assessed case by case and coordinated with licensed professionals where required.
Yes. It is a change of registered office address: we prepare and file the amendment, and notify the Revenue Department and other relevant agencies.
