Thai business advisers reviewing a plan with an SME owner in a Bangkok office
Business & legal advisory for SMEs

Advisory that tells you what to do first, and what can wait

We talk to owners on a tight budget every day, and the questions repeat: when to incorporate, which address to use, whether VAT applies yet, what a contract must cover, and how to become findable on Google and AI answers. This page explains how we work, the steps, the deliverables and anonymised example cases.

Zura Labs & Business Hub Co., Ltd.

Short answer

What does our business and legal advisory actually cover?

We set the structure up correctly from the start: choosing the legal entity, putting accounting and tax in place, reviewing contracts and key documents, organising back-office workflow, and making the business understandable to Google and AI assistants. The work runs in five clear steps with deliverables at each one.

  • We assess your current position and risks before proposing options.
  • Every step ends with a document, not just verbal advice.
  • Example cases are anonymised illustrations, not client claims.
  • Litigation and licensed work is referred to licensed practitioners.

In short

Zura Labs advisory starts with an assessment meeting and ends with a written plan: what to start first, which legal structure fits, the documents and accounting routine you need, the contract and compliance risks to watch, and what your website must contain so Google and AI assistants understand your business. It sits in the same team as our company registration, virtual office and bookkeeping work. Work reserved for licensed professionals — audited statements, court representation — is carried out by the relevant licence holder, and we never guarantee Google rankings or AI citations.

How it works

Five steps from first call to review

  1. 01

    First call and intake

Tell us the business, rough revenue, team and what is stuck. We send a short intake form before the meeting.

You share; we prepare the questions

  2. 02

    Assessment meeting, 45–60 minutes

We work through structure, tax, documents, contracts and how customers find you, and end with the first priorities.

One or two of our advisers

  3. 03

    The written plan

Within a few working days you receive a document: ordered actions, documents to prepare, owners and items that need a licensed professional.

We write it; you review and question it

  4. 04

    Execute the parts you choose

Hand any part to us — registration, registered address, monthly bookkeeping, the website — or take the plan and run it yourself.

Our team, within the agreed scope

  5. 05

    Review on a cycle

Monthly or quarterly reviews of the numbers, the open items and the order of work as reality changes.

  • Filing and deadline calendar
  • Contract outline and terms to include
  • What the website and business data must contain
  • A note of items needing a licensed professional
Example cases

The kinds of situations we handle

These are anonymised, illustrative examples written from patterns we see often. No client is named, they are not testimonials, and they contain no claimed result figures.

Illustrative example

Example case A — an online shop in Bangkok

Situation
Selling online from home with steadying revenue. Corporate buyers started asking for tax invoices, but there was no legal entity and the owner did not want the home address on public records.
What we did
We confirmed incorporation made sense, prepared the documents, used our office as the registered address, handled tax registration, set up a monthly document routine and built pages stating the services, service areas and contact details clearly.
Where it ended
The shop can issue tax invoices to corporate buyers, the home address stays off public filings, and there is a filing calendar the team can follow.
Illustrative example

Example case B — a service business in Khon Kaen

Situation
A four-person team taking work across provinces with no written contracts, slow collections and uncertainty about VAT.
What we did
We drafted a service agreement outline with staged payment terms, reviewed the VAT thresholds against their real numbers, built a filing calendar and created pages per service and per province served.
Where it ended
New work now carries a contract and payment schedule, the owner knows in advance when thresholds arrive, and there are pages customers and AI assistants can read.
Illustrative example

Example case C — two partners with nothing on paper

Situation
Two friends invested unequal amounts, split the work informally, and never wrote down shareholding, signing authority or an exit route.
What we did
We met both sides, wrote down what was actually agreed, proposed a shareholding and signing structure, and flagged the clauses a licensed lawyer should draft and certify.
Where it ended
Both partners saw the same written terms before registering, and knew which documents required a licensed professional.
Illustrative example

Example case D — a company with a website nobody finds

Situation
A good-looking site with vague service information, no address or service areas on the page, and AI assistants unable to answer questions about the business.
What we did
We rewrote the service pages to answer first, added structured business facts, address, hours, service areas and FAQs, and published policy files letting AI bots read and cite with credit.
Where it ended
The business facts are now machine-readable. Rankings and AI citations remain the platforms' decision — we do not guarantee them.
Who this fits
First-time owners unsure whether to incorporate yet
Freelancers who now need to issue tax documents
Family businesses without bookkeeping or contracts
Small companies whose website nobody finds
Partners who want clear written terms before starting

Questions before you book

How is business advisory different from legal advice here?

Advisory covers sequencing, structure, numbers and document routines. Work reserved for licensed professionals — certifying certain documents, auditing statements, court representation — is done by the relevant licence holder, and we flag which items those are.

Do I need a company before using advisory?

No. Many clients come while still a sole trader, to decide when and in what form to incorporate. If you go ahead, the same team can do the registration.

What does it cost?

It is quoted per scope, because a one-off assessment and an ongoing retainer differ a lot. We do not publish prices; contact us for a quotation with the scope written out.

Are the example cases real clients?

They are illustrative examples of engagement patterns we see often. No client is named, they are not testimonials, and they contain no claimed result figures. Any real reference is only used with the owner's permission.

Can you help with loans or investors?

We help get the material in order — statements, cash-flow projections, corporate documents. Approval is the lender's or investor's decision; we do not guarantee outcomes.

Do you work with clients outside Bangkok?

Yes, nationwide, with online meetings, plus real offices in Bangkok and Khon Kaen for in-person meetings and registered addresses.

This page is general information for an initial decision, not case-specific legal or tax advice. Rules, government fees and timelines follow the responsible agencies' current requirements; we confirm yours in writing before starting.

Thai Law (affiliated law office)

Some advice leads into work only a licensed lawyer may do: drafting a contract that must hold up, negotiating a dispute, or filing and defending in court. That part sits with the law office in our group, which quotes its professional fee in writing before accepting a matter.
