Is a short lease possible?
In some units yes; short terms carry different conditions from annual leases, disclosed before deposit.
Can I register a company at the leased space?
Yes when the lease permits it; we issue the consent letter required for registration.
What if I only need an address?
Choose the virtual office instead; upgrade to physical space when the team grows.
