Renting an address and renting a desk confer different rights
A home-based business may primarily need correspondence handling, while a team meeting customers regularly may need rooms or physical workspace. Desk access does not automatically permit company registration; address rights do not guarantee a meeting room at any time. Define these entitlements separately before choosing a service.
Check premises rights before filing
Check the grantor, full address, contract period and permission to use the premises as the business location. Align company and tax records. VAT registration still depends on the activity, eligibility and Revenue Department documentation; possessing an address does not mean automatic inspection clearance or approval.
Choose the branch around actual operations
The actual offices are in Wang Thonglang, Bangkok and Nai Mueang, Khon Kaen. Agree booking arrangements and responsibility for original-document collection, meetings or site visits before signing. Manufacturing, storage or licensed activities may require additional qualifying premises. An illustrative photograph is not a substitute for verifying the actual office.
Official mail needs follow-up, not just receipt
Define alerts, a backup contact, forwarding and retention. Escalate court papers or time-sensitive notices promptly to the responsible person; delegated receipt does not extend deadlines.
