No. Our team handles business registration, registered addresses, accounting, tax and websites. Work that requires a licensed lawyer, such as appearing in court, is taken directly by the law office in our group, and we state from the start who does which part.
Can I verify that the lawyer is really licensed?
Yes. Ask for the lawyer's licence number and the name of the person responsible for the file before you hand it over, then check with the Lawyers Council of Thailand. Asking is normal and worth doing before paying any professional fee.
I am in another province or abroad — can this still work?
Yes. Reading documents, assessing the route and preparing the file happen online. For documents that need a wet signature, such as the lawyer's appointment or a power of attorney, you are told exactly how to send them and when a signature must be certified.
Will I know the cost up front?
Yes. The professional fee is quoted in writing before the matter is accepted, separate from court fees and actual disbursements such as service of process or travel. We do not publish figures because cases differ widely by amount in dispute and by court.
I want to avoid disputes entirely — where do I start?
Start with the contract template you reuse, your quotations and your payment terms. Most disputes come from wording that is too loose or from nothing being confirmed in writing. Having a lawyer review the documents you use every day costs far less than fixing a dispute later.
How far can foreign shareholders go?
It depends on the activity under the Foreign Business Act schedules. Some activities allow majority foreign ownership, others need a licence or BOI or Amity Treaty rights. The legal team explains the lawful options in full before anything starts, and does not take nominee arrangements.
Can the legal and accounting work run together?
