Bangkok FAQ
Can I register a company at a Bangkok condominium?
It depends on the condominium's regulations. Many prohibit office use outright and some will not issue the paperwork. We read the rules before filing; where it is not possible, our Wang Thonglang address can be used instead.
Can I register in Bangkok but work upcountry?
Yes. The registered seat need not be where you sit, but it must genuinely receive official mail. If you later open an office or shop, it must be filed as a branch — we handle that.
How long until the company certificate arrives?
Our side — name reservation, documents and filing — takes a few working days once information is complete. The registrar's review time is outside our control, so we give ranges and status updates rather than a promised date.
Can a shareholder or director be foreign?
Yes, but the shareholding ratio and business type must be checked against the Foreign Business Act, along with work-permit conditions if the person will work in Thailand. We check before structuring, so nothing has to be redone.
