Short answer

I live in the metro region — should I register in my province or in Bangkok?

If you have an address you can legitimately register in your own province, that is usually simpler — the provincial commerce office and local revenue office are nearby. If you have no usable address, or most of your clients are in Bangkok, registering at our Bangkok office (Wang Thonglang) handles the address and mail for you.

The registered address must be one you have a real right to use, with a landlord consent letter.
You can change the registered address later, but it carries fees and notifications to the agencies involved.
The registered address decides which revenue office handles you, which affects filings and audits.

Questions we get about this region

Can I register a company at my Bangkok condo?

It depends on the condominium rules and the owner's consent letter — many projects do not allow it. If that blocks you, you can use our Wang Thonglang office as the registered address.

Can I use a Zura Labs address inside Nonthaburi, Pathum Thani or Samut Prakan?

No — we do not have an office in those three provinces. Either use your own address there, or register at our Bangkok office.

What extra do factories and warehouses in the metro region need?

Beyond registration, you usually need to check factory and building-use permits, zoning and labour requirements. We review which of those apply to your business before you start.
