Accounting, tax and translation

Organise accounting and tax cycles to reduce missing-record risks before filing.

Zura Labs & Business Hub Co., Ltd.

Short answer

We handle monthly bookkeeping, on-time tax filings, annual closing with the auditor, and Thai–English business translation — with a tax calendar shared upfront and reminders before every deadline.

What you receive
  • A trial balance and monthly summary report.
  • Filing evidence for every period.
  • A full-year tax calendar with due dates.
  • The filed annual financial statements.

What should accounting, tax and translation each deliver?

One coordinator can simplify the work, but completed tasks and outstanding information must remain distinguishable. A translated statement is not a substitute for the filed accounts, and a trial balance is not a tax filing receipt. Start with the entity status, accounting period, VAT status and the intended recipient of translations to define separate responsibilities.

Organise transactions, not the number of photos sent

Link bank statements to sales, purchases, receipts, payments and withholding certificates. Identify director-paid expenses and advance receipts separately from sales. Ask for a missing-record list before approving returns; numerous photos do not prove that transactions are complete or every document is valid tax evidence.

No revenue still calls for a return-by-return review

Do not assume that no revenue means no bookkeeping, or that every company files the same forms. Review the entity type, year-end, VAT registration, payroll and withholding events. Bookkeeping and audit are distinct roles; name the preparer and qualified financial statement signatory appropriate to the entity.

Translation must match the version; certification depends on the recipient

Identify the source version and align the company name, currency, reporting period and reference numbers throughout. Obtain the bank, counterparty or authority's requirements before translation, separating translation from attorney certification or legalisation where needed. Translation is not a new audit and does not validate the source figures.

Questions we get

New company with no revenue — must we file?

An existing entity still has statutory accounting and financial statement duties without revenue. Review VAT status, payments and business conditions for each tax form; not every company files identical returns.

Must we register for VAT immediately?

Not always — it depends on revenue and sector, though some clients require tax invoices. We compare the trade-offs.

Are your translations accepted officially?

Where a specific certification is required, we route it through the channel that authority accepts.
