Can we use our own translation?
Some bodies accept a self-certified translation, but many cases require additional certification. We check the destination's requirements first so the whole set does not need redoing.
What must be done abroad before sending documents to Thailand?
Usually certification at the issuing authority and the relevant embassy or body first, then legalisation in Thailand. The order varies by country, and we set it out for your actual country of origin.
Is rush translation possible?
Translation can be expedited depending on volume, but certification depends on each authority's queue, so we do not promise completion dates for that stage.
